HOW TO ORDER
If you do not want to lose time reading this entire page, follow these instructions to place your order quickly:
SELECT THE CURRENCY
First, for customers whose currency is not the euro, you can display the prices in some additional currencies. To do this, click on the line “Select your currency” above right of the site. You will have the option to choose another currency in the scrolling menu. As stated in the message, the currency conversion rates are a guide for your convenience only and are updated once each US business day. If your currency is not listed in the scrolling menu, you can know the price in other currencies using a website like Oanda.
SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS
Our website works with the “cart” or “basket” system, as in most of the e-commerce sites. Therefore, to place an order, you must first:
To the right of the description of each product you will find the price, the quantity box and the button of the cart (represented by a small picture and the words “Buy now”).
Enter the desired quantity (by default: 1) and click on the “Buy Now” button. A small window appears indicating that the product has been added to your basket. You can now click on the line “Continue Shopping” if you want to order other products. Repeat this procedure until you have selected all what you want.
After having selected the books or programs you want, you can click on the “Checkout” button that appears each time you add a product in your basket. You can also view your shopping cart at any time by clicking at the top of the site on the choice “Checkout”, or also on the left on the small line “My Basket”.
In the summary of your order that appears, you can still change the quantity if you want: in this case, change the number displayed, then click the small “Ok” on the right. You can also delete unwanted products selected by error: to do this, simply click the “X” to the right.
The provisional total of your purchase (without shipping) is shown at the bottom of the window.
Click on “Go to checkout” to proceed to the next step of your order. A new window will appear to select the shipping destination and method.
Shipping destination: Select first the country of destination using the scrolling menu on the left. The choice “France” is displayed by default. To change this, click on the drop-down menu and select the desired country from the list that appears. For EU countries, the VAT is shown for informational purposes.
[NOTE: If you are a company of the European Union with a VAT number, you can select the option “I am eligible for tax exemption”. In this case, a new option will appear so you can enter your VAT number. Click next on the “Calculate” button to update the order total. The validity of your VAT number will be checked when we will process your order.]
Shipping method: Delivery costs are fixed and depend on the destination of the parcel. For more information, see the “Shipping charges” section of the “Terms and conditions” page. Note that if you buy only Aureas programs with the security protection offered by default, you will not pay shipping fees if you select the “Software download” option for the shipping method. This option is not available if you buy books or a multi-user license key, which need a shipment by mail.
If you buy one or more programs with standard security, the checkout window will show an additional menu called “Select a shipping method”, where you can choose “Software download”. The shipping costs will then be 0 €. When your order will be processed, you will receive an additional email with the links to download the program and the user's guide.
Shipping is free for orders over 250 € if the destination is Europe-wide (or over 500 € for the rest of the world).
[Note: if you order only one or two books, shipping costs can be significant compared to the total amount of your purchase. In this case, try for example to find these books on the Amazon website, in which shipping costs are lower.]
To continue your order, you have to read and accept the conditions of sale of our website by clicking on the box to the left of the line “I accept the terms and conditions”. To view these sales terms, click on the underlined link, or the title “Terms and conditions” at the top of the page.
If you agree with the terms and conditions of the webshop, click on the “Secure checkout” button. You will be connected to the secure ordering system from Santu-GlobeCharge: the new window will allow you to select the payment method and specify the address of delivery/billing. This procedure is completely secure (SSL and PGP encryption).
YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS
First select the desired payment method. There are several means available. For more information, see the section “Terms and conditions”.
The fastest and easiest way is to pay by credit card. To do this, simply check the box next to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard...). Additional information on your card will be asked on the next page.
The “Billing address” section asks the contact information to create the invoice. Responding to the data marked with an asterisk (*) is required to send the parcel and contact you in case of problem. Your email address is particularly important, as it will be used for sending the confirmation of the order as well as additional messages to indicate, for example, when the parcel was sent. Therefore, make sure it is accurate.
You also have the option to leave a message if you want to give us specific information regarding your order. Leave this box blank in the other case.
If the delivery address is different from the billing address, please let us know in the field “Your notice to us”. In this case, we will send the package to the address you have indicated (which must be in the same country).
When you have completed all the necessary information, click on the “Next” button. You reach the last step of your order, in which you can check the summary of the items. If you have made a mistake, click on “Edit” to return to the previous page of information.
You should print a summary of your order. To do this, simply use Print function of your browser.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
If you pay by credit card, the top of the last checkout page will ask you to complete the required information: name of the cardholder, its number, expiry month and year. The card verification numbers (or CVN) are the last three digits that are printed on the back of your card, usually next to the space for the signature of the holder. Please note that your credit card will be charged only when your order will be processed and/or shipped.
If you prefer to make a bank transfer, select the appropriate option (see this section for more details).
SEND YOUR ORDER
You can now click on the “Buy now” button to finish your order.
As long as you don't click on this button, the order will not be validated and no information will be transmitted to us.
After this step, you will be automatically redirected to our site and you will see a message confirming that the order has been sent successfully. It will be processed as soon as possible. We remind you that if you payed by credit card, you will not be charged until your parcel has been sent.
You will receive an email (to the address you provided when ordering) with the order summary. If you do not receive this order confirmation, contact us: email@example.com
Please note that our shop is closed on weekends and public holidays, consequently the orders made in those days will be processed during our office hours.
If the ordering process proposed in our site seems complicated to you, you can simply send us an email specifying what products you want to order. We will send you a reply with the total amount of your order and the different forms of payment.
